Announcement of First Round Grants


The ACOC is pleased to announce that under the first round of grants, we have awarded $1,500 grants to 49 deserving recipients. These grants, facilitated by FireAid, are exclusively for relief and response efforts, adhering to established criteria.This initial round represents a significant step in supporting our community efforts to address and respond to the recent wildfire.


Second Round Grants

The ACOC is pleased to announce that under the second round of grants, we have awarded $1,500 grants to 50 deserving recipients. These grants, facilitated by FireAid, are exclusively for relief and response efforts, adhering to established criteria.


Third Round Grants

The ACOC is pleased to announce that under the third round of grants, we have awarded $1,500 grants to 33 deserving recipients. These grants, facilitated by FireAid, are exclusively for relief and response efforts, adhering to established criteria.


Shop Local $500 Gift Card Grants

The ACOC is pleased to announce that applications for the Shop Local $500 Gift Card Grants are now open and being accepted through February 16, 2026. This grant is made possible by the California Community Foundation.

**Please note - as of January 29, 2026 at 5pm, the amount of applications received has already maxed out available funding. However, you may still submit an application, as we are actively seeking more funds and hope to be able to honor more requests.**

Altadena Chamber of Commerce (ACOC)

Shop Local $500 Gift Card Grant


The ACOC Shop Local Gift Card Grant provides emergency assistance to help residents recover from the devastating effects of the wildfires. Gift Card awards of $500 per eligible applicant. Gift Cards can be used at any of the Shop Local registered businesses. A list of participating businesses is available HERE. Awards will be distributed on a first come-first served basis as long as funds allow.


Eligible applicants must have been a resident of Altadena at the time of the fire located within the Altadena affected area identified by state or local disaster declarations. Residents must be able to demonstrate direct impact from the wildfires.


General Eligibility Requirements:

• Open to all Altadena residents.
• Any individual submitting this application must be 21-years or older.
• Previous ACOC awardees may apply again during this round.
• Complete all sections of the application form and submit it via the online form below.
• Residents must be directly impacted by the EatonFires (residence lost, damaged, or displaced) and must have been a resident at the time of the fire. 


Please note:
• One award per address.
• Grant Gift Card will be delivered in the form of a pdf document that will be emailed to you.
• Gift Card is good for one year from the date of issue.
• Information about grant recipients will be kept confidential, except will be shared with the donors who fund these grants.
• This grant is made possible through the generous support of the California Community Foundation.
• Funds are limited.


Deadline for this grant is February 16, 2026 at midnight.
