Dear Altadena Chamber of Commerce Members,
The Altadena Town Council’s Communication Committee has initiated a project to provide welcome packs to new homeowners and we’d like to invite you to take part. These packs will include a welcome letter from the Altadena Town Council, LA County and local community informational material, local maps, major local organization pamphlets, community calendar, and a fridge magnet that lists vital community services with contact information.
Additionally, it is our goal to highlight at least one or two businesses by including gifts they provide.
We are eager to include smaller or struggling businesses that may have limited resources so participation can be for as short as one month and our definition of gift is not limited to physical merchandise and may instead come in the form of a voucher. We are also open to supporting any struggling businesses by introducing them in the form of a simple flyer or coupon. We plan to highlight a minimal number of businesses and on a rotating basis for the most equitable outreach.
